These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flourish website and related online services (the "Service") operated by The King's Temple Church, Hyderabad ("TKT Church", "we").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Flourish is a promotional and registration platform for a free women's gathering hosted by TKT Church. The Service lets you learn about the event, register for a seat, manage your ticket, and use related features such as referrals and leaderboards.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Service

4. Intellectual property
The Flourish name, branding, copy, images, and videos are owned by or licensed to TKT Church. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial sharing that promotes the event.
5. Third-party services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (for example, maps, identity providers, or messaging). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Event details on the site may change; confirmed programme information is communicated with your ticket.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TKT Church is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service (which, for Flourish registration, is zero).
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
