The King's Temple Church, Hyderabad ("TKT Church", "we", "us") operates the Flourish website and registration experience at flourish.tktchurch.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you visit the site or register for Flourish.
1. Who we are
Flourish is a free women's gathering hosted by The King's Temple Church. For privacy-related questions or requests, contact us through tktchurch.com or the church office at Road No. 3, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, India.
2. Information we collect
When you register for Flourish, we may collect:
- Name and contact details (phone number, email address)
- Registration and ticket information
- Optional details you provide during sign-up (for example, church or city)
- Referral or invite codes, if you used one
- Family or guest details you add to your registration or household
- Profile photo (if you upload one) and related publication preferences
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information
Authentication is handled through TKT Church's identity platform. We do not sell your personal data.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Process your Flourish registration and issue your ticket
- Send event updates, reminders, and programme information, including operational messages on WhatsApp where you have consented
- Manage check-in and attendance on event day
- Operate referral and leaderboard features, where applicable
- Offer one-tap registration for other TKT Church events using details (and optional household members) you already provided, when you choose to accept an offer
- Improve the Service and keep it secure
- Comply with applicable law
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent when you register, our legitimate interest in running a safe and well-organised church event, and our legal obligations. Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) applies, we process personal data in line with its requirements.
5. Sharing and storage
Campaign leaderboard photos (Avatar Publication Policy v1, effective 18 July 2026). When campaign policy enables it, registrations may publish a shortened name, rank, and privacy-safe photo derivative on that campaign’s public internet leaderboard by default. This default is a campaign policy, not a claim that you gave a separate explicit photo consent. Existing opt-outs remain off. You can turn publication off or on at any time from your profile for this campaign.
Public photos may be scraped, copied or retained by others. We publish only a normalized, metadata-stripped derivative of your active account avatar at an opaque managed URL, never your identity-provider image URL or private avatar history. Updating your active avatar replaces the campaign derivative. Turning publication off deletes the managed campaign derivative; the preference stays campaign-scoped. Erasing your account deletes managed avatar derivatives associated with it, although copies already made by third parties cannot be recalled. Organisers may also disable all campaign photo publication with an emergency switch.
WhatsApp and messaging. With your registration (or one-tap) consent, we may send operational WhatsApp messages about this event — for example ticket details and reminders — via Meta WhatsApp Business and our messaging providers. A support chat link on the site opens WhatsApp so you can message the church; that conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s own terms. Marketing messages, if any, are only sent where permitted and with appropriate consent.
Other TKT events. After you register, the Service may show offers to register for another TKT Church event in one tap using the profile and household details you already shared. Accepting an offer creates a separate registration for that event under its own terms.
Advertising audiences (Meta Custom Audience). If you opted in on the registration consent step, we may upload your name, email, and phone number — always as SHA-256 hashed values, never in plain text — to Meta as a Custom Audience, so we can measure and target advertising for TKT Church events. This is never required to register.
Marketing Consent Campaign Policy v1 (effective 4 August 2026). For a given event, the organisers may choose to enrol registrants for marketing/advertising data sharing by default. When that campaign policy is enabled, registrants who do not explicitly opt out on the registration consent step will be included in that campaign's Meta Custom Audience uploads, exactly as if they had opted in. If you opted out on the consent step, or opt out later, you will not be included in future uploads. Registration itself is never conditional on sharing your data for advertising, and you can review or change your choice, or withdraw it entirely, at any time from your profile.
You can withdraw advertising-audience consent at any time from your profile, which removes you from future uploads across events (Meta processes any audience already uploaded under its own retention policies). Your data is accessed only by authorised TKT Church staff and service providers who help us run registration, messaging, and event operations. Data may be stored on servers located in India or other jurisdictions with appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention
We keep registration and attendance data for as long as needed to administer Flourish and meet legal or pastoral requirements, then delete or anonymise it when no longer required. Public avatar derivatives are retained while publication is on for the campaign (or until account erasure). Messaging consent records and analytics data follow the same operational need, plus each vendor’s retention practices.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent for your personal data, or to raise a grievance. To make a request, contact us through tktchurch.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. You can also change leaderboard photo publication, review or withdraw your Meta advertising-audience consent (including the default marketing consent campaign policy), from your profile without contacting us.
8. Cookies and analytics
The Service uses essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your registration session.
We also use Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure and improve advertising for Flourish. These tools may set cookies such as _fbp and _fbc, and may receive hashed contact details after you provide them — for example phone, email, name, date of birth, and a stable account identifier — along with technical data such as IP address and browser type. We do not use Facebook Login, so a Facebook Login id is not sent. This helps us understand which ads lead to registrations and improve Event Match Quality. Meta processes this data under its own policies.
Separately from this automatic Pixel/Conversions API tracking, and only if you consented on the registration consent step (explicit opt-in, or default opt-in when a campaign policy is active), we may also upload a hashed customer list (Meta Custom Audience — see §5 — Advertising audiences / Marketing Consent Campaign Policy v1) so we can target advertising at people similar to past registrants. This customer-list upload can be withdrawn independently of cookie-based tracking.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Service, including interactions, navigation, and session recordings. Clarity may set first-party cookies such as _clck and _clsk. Clarity receives technical and usage data, but we do not send it your raw name, phone number, email address, or identity-platform account identifier. After registration, we may associate the session only with an opaque registration or acquisition id. Depending on configuration, Clarity may load automatically; you can limit ad tracking in your browser or device settings. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Essential cookies required for sign-in and registration will continue to work even if you limit analytics tracking.
9. Children
Flourish is intended for adult women. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can remove it.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
